My absolute favorite restaurant in Makarska — a place I always gladly recommend to everyone and love coming back to. Beautifully located in the heart of Kalalarga, with consistently delicious food, warm and friendly staff, and a lovely mix of traditional and modern dishes. A place that truly feels like home.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in Makarska. The food is simply excellent: fresh, flavorful, and beautifuly presented. Every dish feels inspiring a d made with real care, highlighted the best local ingredients. Service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Saturday diner for two, early evening, we booked day before, as they looked too busy for walk-ins. Everything was spot-on, our dishes were very tasty, service great! We will be back one day;) many thanks team:)!

26/09/25 - First visit and I must say I was impressed great tasty soup, beautiful smooth texture, really good! Salmon with greens and potato salad was just perfect, nothing to add, nothing to remove. Very good food, nicely presented and affordable prices 28/09 - We came again, not surprised - everything was just simply said GREAT We both were very happy with the food, service and price. Thank you all, really nice

Such a great restaurant! Amazing stuff - especially Pedja who was very friendly, helpful and super professional :) The atmosphere in Gastro Diva is phenomenal - cozy, warm, but busy. Food is 10/10 - beef ribs are a must. Always a pleasure to be here. 100% recommended! *we came here 3 days in a row!

Fantastic! Our best dinner so far in Croatia. We had the delicious veal neck and very tasty pasta. Also the Hugo Spritz was also great. We had such lovely service from our kind waiter Ivan. Sadly there was no space outside (a very popular spot so maybe book in advance) but we had a nice seat inside. Would highly recommend!

A charming restaurant in the old town of Makarska. We were thoroughly impressed. The cuisine is absolutely authentic – you can immediately taste that everything is prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. Every dish was a delight, freshly made and perfectly balanced in flavor. The service is attentive and heartfelt. It’s a place that invites you to relax and enjoy. The value for money is truly fair – you get generous portions and excellent quality at reasonable prices. The interior also contributes to the overall positive impression: stylish with a cozy atmosphere both indoors and in the outdoor area.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the menu includes dishes for fish and meat lovers but it also has various options for vegetarians. The plates a pretty big and the zucchini carpaccio was my favorite dish of the menu. I would recommend to make a reservation.
